Dr. Shilla Memusi
Shilla Memusi is the Project Manager of the SCO project and is responsible for its overall management and coordination in collaboration with the Project Coordinator and the SCO Financial Manager at KLU. She oversees the day-to-day implementation of the project, coordinates communication with project partners, DAAD, and other stakeholders, and ensures compliance with grant requirements and project obligations. She monitors project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and reporting, manages the consortium budget of approximately EUR 2 million together with the SCO Financial Manager, and organizes project meetings and events. Shilla also supports communication, dissemination, and public relations activities, internal documentation, and contributes to the organization of community and alumni activities, including the development and maintenance of the project's alumni network.
