    • Understand why open matters for learning in today’s digital world
    • Define Open Educational Resources (OER) and their role in solving real-world challenges
    • Gain practical knowledge of copyright rights, protections, exceptions, and transfer
    • Apply and interpret Public Domain and Creative Commons licenses
    • Explore remix compatibility for creating derivative works legally
    Hands-On Learning: This course combines theory with practice with interactive resources and challenges to test your understanding and a “Remix Game” to apply open licensing principles in creative, practical ways. Course Format: Fully self-paced unless advertised as a facilitated module.
