To enhance data analysis and broaden the skills to deal with data, we are pleased to announce a hydrid course “Python for Data Science – an Introduction” from 17-18 December in Witzenhausen, Germany and also via Zoom as a hybrid event.
This course will provide:
- Introduction of Python – a power tool for data analysis and data science in general
- Introduction for machine learning and AI
Priority will be given to Pro-RUWA scholars and our partner universities. If space allows, participation will be opened to members of the African Centres of Excellence, with a focus on French-speaking West African countries before opening worldwide. We can ONLY accommodate on-site 10 participants and 15 online participants. Unfortunately there is NO travel expenses or any funding available for those who want to travel to Witzenhausen. It will be all on your own cost if you are selected. Participants are requested to complete the e-learning course in prior to attend the hybrid event, it requires about 8-10 hours.
Important: we must stop your participation if your have not completed the e-learning course on 16 December 2025 at 1:00 CET. Such prior knowledge is a must before you attend the hybrid course.
