

Prof. Ulingeta Mbamba
Professor Ulingeta Mbamba is an Associate Professor in the Department of General Management at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), where he has also served as the Dean of the Business School from 2012 to 2021. His scholarly interests include management information systems, the fourth industrial revolution, and e-government implementation. Beyond academia, Professor Mbamba holds leadership roles in both the business and public sectors. He is currently the Chairman of Maendeleo Bank PLC, has previously served as Chief Executive Officer of the University of Dar es Salaam Computing Centre Ltd., and is a member of the Council at the Dar es Salaam University College of Education (DarTU).
