On 29 February 2024, DIGI-FACE held a very successful webinar on the use of AI tools in publications and proposal writing led by Dr Kirstin Krauss and Wynand van der Walt. We had over 80 participants from all over the world joining.

The PowerPoint presentation for the paper Citation Pollution & Predatory/Questionable Publishing Practices and the link to Retraction Watch are now available on the DIGI-FACE website under the Publication section.

All you need to do it select the Publications tab, scroll down to the Information heading in the left-hand column and click on the Predatory Journals link. The direct link to the Predatory Journals page is https://www.digiface.org/predatory-journals/ .

Predatory Journals: Scroll down to the heading How to check if a journal is predatory? and see section 4 and 5.

Click on this link to download the PowerPoint presentation and here for the Retraction Watch.
